Privacy Policy

BuyMyTime connects B2B sales teams with business decision-makers for paid meetings in the UK and Dubai. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, account type, LinkedIn profile link and connection status.
• Profile details you choose to publish (decision-makers): job title, company, rates, availability.
• Private verification details such as work email — visible only to you and the BuyMyTime team.
• Meeting records: requests, times, statuses, and server-recorded join/leave times used to confirm attendance.
• Support messages and tickets you send us.
• Optional calendar connections (only if you connect them) used to add your confirmed meetings to your calendar.

What we do not do

• We do not record meeting video or audio.
• We do not transcribe meetings unless both participants explicitly consent — see the meeting AI & recording disclosure.
• We do not sell personal data. Online payments are not yet enabled, so we hold no card or bank details.

Who can see your data

You see your own records. Company admins see only their own company's team and meetings. The BuyMyTime platform owner and appointed super admins can access records to run and support the service; private AI notes are never visible to admins.

Retention

• Transcript excerpts (only with mutual consent): deleted within 24 hours.
• Private AI notes: deleted after 30 days, or earlier if you delete them.
• Account and meeting records: kept while your account is active and as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to processing, by contacting support from your account. You may also complain to your data protection authority (for example the UK ICO).
